At Everyroom, we want you to love your new home additions, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns on all furniture and decor items in their original condition. If your purchase isn't a perfect fit for your space, our streamlined process ensures a hassle-free resolution.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Log into your Everyroom account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization Number.
- 2.Prepare the Package
Carefully disassemble your furniture if necessary and pack all items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all hardware and assembly instructions are included.
- 3.Schedule a Pickup
For large furniture pieces, we will coordinate a specialized freight carrier to collect the item from your home; smaller decor items can be dropped off at any authorized courier location.
- 4.Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
